These old coins are pretty amazing. The IR inidicated, roughly, John (Iohan) III Regent, but it could indicate James VI of Great Britian. You see the IR designation on both types.
There are several experts online whose knowledge is extremely deep on coins like this. One such expert is David Ruckser who has a tremedous web page on the subject of Swedish Coins.
Old medieval coins like this stand on their own merits. Any catalog values are wild guesses and subject strong variation. Take your coin to a knowledgeable collector or professional coin dealer for in-person examination. Very rough values are:
