These are neat bronze coins from Italy, Sandy. They come in 1, 2, and 5 centesimi denominations, all with the same pattern, but different in size. It is difficult to find these coins in nice shape, and collectors always pay more for coins with pleasing eye appeal. The coin in our picture has well-defined features and fairly even coloring (maybe somewhat splotchy) and this makes it a valuable coin.
